First on our agenda this morning (after breakfast etc of course) was to find the boys a barber!!! So we headed out on foot through town and headed toward our morning destination of Crocosaurus Cove, stopping at Captain Barber on the way. Finally, they look like dapper young chaps again 🙂
After haircuts we headed just a short way further down the road to Crocosaurus Cove which was good fun. We held onto a juvenile croc, watched feeding of the massive crocs, fed some baby crocs ourselves, watched fish feeding and walked through the reptile house. A really fun morning was had by all and we all learnt a lot.

We spent a few hours in Crocosaurus Cove before calling it quits and heading to The Tap next door for lunch. Fish was on the menu for “G” and “A” whilst the boys enjoyed wraps. It was a fairly warm day so of course when we walked past a gelato shop on the way home we just had to stop by!
Back in the apartment we headed to the pool for a swim/play before a bit of a relax in our apartment. At 4:30pm we went to Aquascene to participate in the daily fish feeding. Unfortunately, the baby rock cod decided “R’s” finger looked delicious and ran his razor sharp teeth along his pointer drawing a little blood. The rest of the fish were very cool though and they’d occasionally headbutt your hand or legs. The big archer fish made a real splash as they fought over the food. We also saw and fed barramundi and a crab.

A quick stop by the supermarket on the way home and everyone was well and truly exhausted so we ordered room service and put a movie on.

I am lucky enough to have my own personal barber travelling with me. Age has nothing to do with it thanks 😊 .
